ἐκκλησία…
the Greek word for church, originally meant an assembly called out by the magistrate, or by legitimate authority. It was in this last sense that the word was adapted and applied by the writers of the New Testament to the Christian congregation.
Ekklesia is a time for fellowship around the dinner table and instruction offered during the elective classes. We offer four quarters of adult electives throughout the school year and weekly classes for young people in preschool through high school.
Join us Wednesday Evenings from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. throughout the school year. Dinner is at 6 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall, followed by classes at various locations throughout the campus from 6:45 – 7:30 p.m.
Please contact the church office to sign up for Ekklesia meals. If you sign up before 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, the cost of the meal is $3.00 per person with a $12.00 per family maximum. After 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, you will need to purchase meals at the door for $4.00 per person.

Daniel
Teacher: Rev. John Joldersma
Location: Lecture Hall B
Golden images, winged lions, outrageous beasts, warrior angels, world-conquering armies…they are all part of the fascinating, colorful book of Daniel. Join us for this Bible study as we unravel complex prophecies and learn biblical principles for everyday life.
From beginning to end, Daniel’s prophecy reveals that the one true God steers not only the course of nature and nations but also the lives of every person in history. No one’s life is too small to be kept safely in God’s hands, and no empire is too large to exceed God’s grasp.
Inquirer’s Class
Teacher: Rev. Chad Reynolds
Location: Breezeway Classroom
When someone looks to join our church, they are asked seven simple, yet very important questions. In answering affirmatively to these questions, they are essentially making a vow…a covenant if you will…to become a faithful member of this church in belief, obedience, and love. The Inquirer’s Class is based upon these seven questions. With each session, we look in depth at one question and seek to understand the Biblical ground upon which an affirmative answer lies.
If you are interested in joining our church, this class is a requirement but it can also be an opportunity for our members to get a refresher course on the vows that they took in the past.
